By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.
1. Online Store Terms
You may use our website only for lawful purposes.
You may not use our products or Services for any illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.
You may not attempt to:
- Interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- Access areas of the website without authorization;
- Introduce viruses, malicious code, or other harmful technologies;
- Collect information from the website through unauthorized automated methods;
- Misrepresent your identity or payment information;
- Place fraudulent or unauthorized orders; or
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
We reserve the right to refuse or restrict access to our Services where reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers, systems, or legal rights.
2. Products and Product Information
Ferguson Electronics Ltd offers keyboards, keyboard components, accessories, customized keyboards, and related electronic products.
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, photographs, colors, dimensions, compatibility information, and other product information accurately.
However, actual product appearance may vary slightly due to:
- Display and monitor settings;
- Lighting conditions;
- Manufacturing variations;
- Material variations;
- Custom manufacturing processes; and
- Updates or improvements to product components.
Minor differences that do not materially affect the normal function of a product are not necessarily considered defects.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.
3. Customized and Made-to-Order Products
Certain products offered by Ferguson Electronics Ltd may be customized or made specifically according to a customer’s selected configuration.
Customization may include, but is not limited to:
- Keyboard layout;
- Case or shell selection;
- Keycap selection;
- Switch selection;
- Switch plate selection;
- Stabilizers;
- Cables;
- Colors;
- Artwork;
- Printing;
- Engraving;
- Lighting configuration;
- Assembly options; and
- Other customer-selected components or modifications.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their selected configuration carefully before submitting an order.
Changes to Custom Orders
If you need to change a customized order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will attempt to accommodate requested changes if production has not yet begun.
Once sourcing, assembly, printing, engraving, modification, or other customization work has started, changes may not be possible.
Additional charges may apply if a requested change requires replacement components or additional manufacturing work.
Returns of Customized Products
Because customized and made-to-order products are manufactured or configured specifically for an individual customer, they generally cannot be returned or canceled simply because the customer:
- Changes their mind;
- No longer wants the product;
- Selects the wrong color;
- Selects the wrong switch;
- Selects an incompatible layout;
- Selects the wrong configuration; or
- Prefers a different configuration after the product has been produced.
This restriction does not affect any rights that cannot legally be excluded and does not apply where the product arrives materially defective, damaged, or materially different from the confirmed order.
If there is a manufacturing defect or we produced a customized product incorrectly, please contact us so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
4. Orders
Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the products in the order.
Receipt of an automatic order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before shipment for reasons including:
- Product unavailability;
- Pricing or listing errors;
- Payment authorization failure;
- Suspected fraud;
- Incorrect product information;
- Shipping restrictions;
- Technical errors; or
- Other circumstances that reasonably prevent fulfillment.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
5. Pricing
Product prices are displayed on our website and may change from time to time.
Prices shown on product pages may not include:
- Shipping fees;
- Sales tax;
- Import duties;
- Customs charges;
- International processing charges; or
- Other government-imposed charges.
Applicable charges that we collect directly will normally be displayed during checkout before payment.
We reserve the right to correct accidental pricing, description, or calculation errors.
If a material pricing error affects an order that has already been placed, we may contact you to offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected item for a refund.
6. Payment
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
Payment may be handled by independent third-party payment service providers.
Depending on the payment method selected, the payment provider may require additional verification.
Ferguson Electronics Ltd reserves the right to cancel or hold an order when:
- Payment cannot be verified;
- The transaction is flagged for possible fraud;
- Billing information is inconsistent;
- The payment provider declines authorization; or
- Additional verification is reasonably required.
7. Shipping
Available shipping options, shipping charges, and estimated delivery information will be displayed where applicable during checkout or elsewhere on our website.
Shipping availability may depend on the destination and product.
We may use different postal services, couriers, logistics providers, fulfillment providers, or shipping methods depending on the order and destination.
Processing Time
In-stock products are generally prepared for shipment after payment and order verification.
Customized, assembled, engraved, printed, modified, or made-to-order products may require additional production time before shipment.
Any processing or delivery estimate provided on our website is an estimate rather than a guarantee unless expressly stated otherwise.
Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information may be sent to the email address associated with your order after shipment.
Tracking information may take some time to become active after the shipping label is generated.
8. Delivery Delays
Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- Carrier delays;
- Customs inspections;
- Weather;
- Natural disasters;
- Transportation disruption;
- Public holidays;
- Labor disruptions;
- Incorrect delivery information;
- Security inspections; or
- Other unexpected events.
If an order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in investigating the shipment.
9. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please verify your:
- Recipient name;
- Street address;
- Apartment or unit number;
- City;
- State or province;
- Postal or ZIP code;
- Country;
- Telephone number; and
- Email address
before submitting an order.
If you notice an address error, contact us immediately.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Additional shipping expenses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may be the responsibility of the customer to the extent permitted by law.
10. International Orders, Customs and Import Charges
International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, import taxes, duties, VAT, brokerage charges, administrative fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless our website specifically states that such charges are included in the purchase price, customers are responsible for applicable import-related charges assessed by their country or local authorities.
Ferguson Electronics Ltd does not control charges imposed by foreign customs authorities or local carriers.
Customers should review applicable import requirements before placing an international order.
11. Refused and Undeliverable Packages
A shipment may be returned or considered undeliverable for reasons including:
- Incorrect address;
- Incomplete address;
- Recipient unavailable;
- Failure to collect the package;
- Refusal of delivery;
- Failure to complete customs clearance;
- Failure to provide information requested by customs; or
- Refusal to pay applicable import charges.
If a package is returned to us, we will review the circumstances before determining the available refund, replacement, or reshipment options.
Actual shipping, return shipping, customs, carrier, or processing expenses caused by circumstances attributable to the customer may be deducted from a refund where permitted by law.
12. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at:
SOLANGE@fergusonelectronicy.com
We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order if it has not entered processing, production, customization, or shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it normally cannot be canceled.
Customized products may no longer be eligible for cancellation once we have begun purchasing custom components, modifying parts, printing, engraving, assembling, or otherwise producing the customized product.
13. Returns and Exchanges
Return eligibility depends on the type and condition of the product.
Before returning any product, please contact us for return instructions.
Products returned without authorization may experience processing delays.
For a standard non-customized product to qualify for a voluntary return, the product should normally:
- Be unused;
- Be in its original condition;
- Include its original packaging;
- Include accessories and components supplied with it; and
- Include proof of purchase.
Certain products may not qualify for change-of-mind returns, including customized or made-to-order products.
Any applicable return period, return shipping responsibility, or other return conditions displayed on the product page or applicable Return & Refund Policy form part of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer law.
14. Refunds
Once an authorized returned product is received, we may inspect the product and its contents before approving a refund.
If approved, refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs, customs charges, duties, payment processing charges, or other third-party costs may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law.
The time required for a refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
15. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Missing Products
Please inspect your package after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Please provide:
- Your order number;
- A description of the issue;
- Photographs of the product;
- Photographs of the packaging when relevant;
- Photographs of the shipping label when relevant; and
- Video demonstrating a functional problem where reasonably necessary.
We strongly recommend keeping all original packaging until you have confirmed that the product is complete and working correctly.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer an appropriate resolution such as:
- Troubleshooting assistance;
- Replacement parts;
- Repair;
- Replacement;
- Partial refund; or
- Full refund.
The appropriate resolution will depend on the nature of the issue and applicable law.
16. Warranty
Products covered by a Ferguson Electronics Ltd warranty are protected against qualifying manufacturing defects during the applicable warranty period shown on the product page, warranty documentation, or website.
Warranty coverage begins from the applicable purchase or delivery date as stated in the relevant warranty terms.
Warranty service may include repair, replacement parts, replacement of the affected product, or another appropriate remedy.
Replacement products or parts may be new or functionally equivalent replacement components where permitted by law.
17. Warranty Exclusions
Unless prohibited by applicable law, warranty coverage generally does not apply to damage or malfunction caused by:
- Accident;
- Misuse or abuse;
- Liquid damage;
- Improper storage;
- Improper installation;
- Improper assembly by the customer;
- Unauthorized modification;
- Unauthorized repair;
- Physical damage;
- Excessive force;
- Electrical damage caused by incompatible equipment;
- Normal cosmetic wear;
- Normal wear of consumable components;
- Failure to follow product instructions; or
- Damage caused by events outside our reasonable control.
A warranty claim may require reasonable evidence demonstrating the reported defect.

Customers purchasing DIY products are responsible for ensuring:
- Component compatibility;
- Proper installation;

- Installation instructions are followed; and
- Reasonable care is taken during assembly.
Damage caused by incorrect installation, modification, soldering, disassembly, excessive force, incompatible components, or other customer-caused assembly issues may not qualify as a manufacturing defect.
This section does not affect warranty rights relating to defects that existed in the product before customer installation.

Compatibility may depend on factors including:
- Keyboard layout;
- PCB configuration;
- Mounting style;
